Flying Cross Gallop & Jockey Development Program
Program Commitment
The Flying Cross Gallop & Jockey Development Program is a limited-enrollment, mentorship-based training program. Once a spot is reserved, it cannot be easily filled by another participant. For this reason, the following refund and withdrawal policy applies.
Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the program.

Deposits are applied toward the total program cost.

Deposits are not transferable to another person or future intake.
Refunds Before Program Start

Withdrawal more than 30 days before the program start date:
Any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded. -
Withdrawal within 30 days of the program start date:
Payments are non-refundable, as program planning, staffing, and horse allocation are already in place.
Refunds After Program Start

No refunds will be issued once the program has begun.

This includes withdrawal due to scheduling conflicts, change of interest, or personal circumstances.
The program is structured, progressive, and mentorship-based; partial participation cannot be refunded or credited.
Medical & Safety Withdrawals

In the event of injury or medical concern that prevents safe participation, the program will be paused or discontinued at the discretion of Flying Cross Ranch.

Refunds are not guaranteed

At our discretion, a partial credit toward a future intake may be offered

Medical documentation may be requested

Safety always comes first.
Program Dismissal
Flying Cross Ranch reserves the right to dismiss a participant without refund if:

Safety rules are not followed

Horse welfare is compromised

Repeated disregard for instruction

Unprofessional behaviour toward staff, horses, or other riders is displayed
Dismissal decisions are final and made in the interest of safety and program integrity.
Missed Sessions

Missed sessions due to illness, work, or personal conflicts are not eligible for refunds or makeup sessions.

Due to the nature of the program, consistency and reliability are part of the training.
Payment Plans

Payment plans do not change refund eligibility.

All scheduled payments remain due even if a participant withdraws or is dismissed after the program begins.

This program mirrors the expectations of racetrack work—commitment, reliability, and professionalism matter.
Enrollment represents a serious investment of time, resources, and mentorship from Flying Cross Ranch.
