We’re excited to welcome new riders with a free 20-minute intro session. This is your chance to:

• Meet Roy, Aleshia and Taylor our instructors.

• Give them the opportunity to see where you are at in your riding.

• Find the best lesson program that’s right for you.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or getting back into the saddle, our intro sessions are designed to make you feel comfortable and confident.

Who Can Join?

We welcome everyone — no matter your age, shape, size, or ability!

 

We offer intro sessions for:

• Pony Time (ages 4–7) – A fun, safe way to meet the ponies and get comfortable around horses.

• Youth (ages 8–17) – Build confidence, learn the basics, and start your riding journey.

• Adults (18+) – Whether you’re brand new or returning to riding, this is a great place to start.

 

When Do Intros Happen?

All intro sessions take place on Thursdays:

• 6:00 PM – Pony Time (ages 4–7)

• 6:00 PM – Youth (ages 8–17)

• 8:30 PM – Adults (18+)

If you do not see an option to book a specific date that is because that date is full.

What Happens After the Intro?

After your intro session, if you’d like to continue, we’ll work with you to find the best spot for regular lessons.

• Lessons run Monday to Thursday, 4 PM – 9 PM.

Pony Time

Pony time lessons are a great way to introduce your little one to horses. They will spend half their lesson on the ground learning to groom, tack and walk their pony. Pony Time runs from March to October.
Ages 4-6 (Depending on ability and size)
$45/lesson paid on a monthly basis

Youth
Beginner & Intermediate- Riding lessons will teach patience, confidence, responsibility, horsemanship as well as compassion for another being. 
7-17 years old and up 
$45/lesson paid on a monthly basis

Adult
If you would like to learn to ride or improve your skills in a friendly and supportive atmosphere this is the program for you.  beginners are always welcome! You will never be asked to do more then you are comfortable with.

How Much Do Lessons Cost?
Our riding lessons are offered on a monthly basis, providing consistency and steady progress for every rider. Lessons are one hour each and are available at $45 per lesson or as a monthly package of 4 lessons for $180. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, our program is designed to help riders grow in confidence and ability while building a strong partnership with their horse.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

 

We understand that life happens, so if you need to cancel your lesson for any reason we ask that you cancel at least 2 hours before your lesson.

If you do not cancel your lesson prior to the 2 hours than you forfeit that lesson.

Refunds will not be given for missed lessons

If you cancel we ask that you reschedule your lesson within two weeks of your missed lesson or it will be forfeited.

If we cancel for any reason we will switch the entire night of lessons to an-other night. For example; if Tuesday night is cancelled we will switch all of the Tuesday night lessons to Saturday. If you can not make the Saturday night lesson then it is up to you to reschedule in the next two weeks.

Flying Cross Ranch reserves the right to terminate lessons for any rider at any time for any reason. In the event that Flying Cross Ranch terminates lessons, Flying Cross Ranch will refund the balance of the unused monthly fee.
