TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Flying Cross Ranch. By booking riding lessons, clinics, or packages through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

Riding Lessons: Lessons are booked on a monthly basis at $45 per lesson or $180 per month for 4 one-hour lessons.
Clinics & Workshops: Clinic fees vary and must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your spot. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Packages: Multi-lesson or clinic packages must be paid upfront at the published package rate. Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
All payments are due prior to participation. Unpaid bookings will not be held.

Lessons: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a lesson. Missed lessons without notice are non-refundable.
Clinics: Clinic fees are non-refundable once booked. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another rider by notifying us in advance at info@flyingcrossranch.com.
Packages: Packages are non-refundable. Unused lessons or sessions expire at the end of the package term unless otherwise stated.

Instructors may reschedule lessons or clinics due to unsafe weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a cancellation initiated by Flying Cross Ranch, a makeup session or credit will be offered.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Lessons may be shortened if a rider is late.
Riders are expected to follow instructor guidance and behave respectfully towards staff, animals, and other participants.
Flying Cross Ranch reserves the right to dismiss any participant acting in an unsafe or inappropriate manner without refund.

Approved riding helmets and proper footwear (boots with a heel) are mandatory for all riders.
Riders must complete a waiver of liability and medical release before participating in lessons or clinics.
Parents/guardians must remain onsite for riders under 18, unless otherwise arranged.

Participation in equestrian activities involves inherent risks. Flying Cross Ranch, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with horseback riding and related activities.

Clinic schedules, instructors, and program content are subject to change. If a guest clinician is unable to attend, we will do our best to provide a suitable replacement or reschedule.
Promotional discounts or bundled packages cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings.

We may take photos and videos during lessons, clinics, and events for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us by emailing info@flyingcrossranch.com before your session.

Personal information is collected only for booking, scheduling, and communication purposes.
Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

Flying Cross Ranch reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
